Willett Pot Still Reserve is a potent single-barrel Kentucky straight bourbon that is made in accordance with family tradition. Willett Pot Still Reserve, aged for eight to ten years, won the Double Gold Medal for design and the Gold Medal for flavor at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Its distinctive form and style are intended to mimic the pot still that the Willett Distilling Company utilized for many decades. This bourbon has a delicate, sophisticated scent with hints of cinnamon, coconut, and vanilla.

Concerning Willett
Craft whiskey distillation is a family tradition for the willett pot still reserve bourbon. During Reconstruction, John David Willlett started distilling at the Moore, Willett & Frenke Distillery, which is located just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. A. Lambert Willett, his 15-year-old son, started working as an apprentice for his father in 1898. Lambert eventually bought a farm outside of Bardstown, Kentucky, and in the spring of 1935 he started building the Willett Distilling Company. The family legacy endures even though Willett distillery Company subsequently changed its name to Kentucky Bourbon Distillers.
