Henry Mckenna 10 year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Henry McKenna Single Barrel 10-Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays tribute to the McKenna family’s rich history and pioneering spirit today. Made from a corn-based mash, this is the only extra-aged, bottled-in-bond single barrel bourbon on the market right now. Any spirit labeled as “Bonded” or “Bottled-in-Bond” must be the result of one distiller at one distillery during one distillation season in accordance with the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897 (27 C.F.R. 5.21). The Act also mandates that bonded spirits be bottled at 100 percent and matured for at least four years in a federally bonded storage supervised by the US government. Henry Mckenna bourbon whiskey
Before each bottle of Henry McKenna Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey is filled and labelled with its batch and bottle number, it is matured for a minimum of forty Kentucky seasons, or ten years. The extra-long maturing period gives the bourbon a smell of burnt caramel, smoke, and toasty spices. Aromatic notes of chewy leather, habanero, and chili peppers are followed by faint hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and dried fruits. With strong overtones of roasted corn, cloves, and woody spices, the finish is warm and velvety. However, because McKenna’s Single Barrel Bourbon is made from a single cask rather than a batch of barrels, every bottle is unique and fascinating in its own right. Best bourbon

Concerning 10 Year Henry Mckenna
The Heaven Hill Distillery was established in 1935, just after the United States’ Prohibition ended in 1933, by a group of investors who wanted to be prepared for the market’s comeback. Among them was the well-known Joseph L. Beam. Situated on an expansive estate spanning hundreds of acres, it features 22 multi-story rickhouses. Currently referred to as the “Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery,” they boast the world’s second-largest collection of Bourbon Whiskey. It is also Kentucky’s last large-scale, family-owned distillery still operating. best Kentucky bourbon
Henry Mckenna 10 year bottled in bond immigrated to the US in 1837 from Ireland. Following over twenty years of farming in Kentucky, Henry.Mckenna established the distillery bearing his name in 1855. At the time, McKenna focused on the manufacturing of wheat whiskey (the only crop he was harvesting at the time) and was able to distill enough whiskey to fill one barrel per day. McKenna was able to treble his distillation capacity and started experimenting with bourbon production as news of his excellent whiskey spread. James, Stafford, and Daniel McKenna were the three sons that took over the company after their father’s death in 1893. bourbon barrels
