Made from a high corn mash consisting of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley, this bourbon is combined into a small batch of 12-year bourbon as it is aged for five months in Elk Cove pinot noir barrels. This is the future of Freeland whiskey.

The nose is filled with toffee, marmalade, smoked pecan, and clove aromas. Soft caramel and cooked berries are blended with spices, chocolate, and vanilla beans on a rounded, smooth palate. The aftertaste is smooth and long-lasting.
