In order to give its Limited Edition bourbon a distinctive flavor, Yellowstone Whiskey finished it in brand-new wine barrels in 2016. Those same 28 barrels were lightly charred and filled with their batch of 2017 Limited Edition bourbon later that year after the barrels were emptied and the edition was bottled. These same barrels were filled with this brand-new 2018 Limited Edition Yellowstone Bourbon after being extensively charred and seasoned with a depth of complexity in 2018. Rich, layered aromas of dark chocolate, cherry, and charred wood characterize this cascade release of barrel-aged ambrosia, which is a little more complicated than its predecessors.

Yellowstone Bourbon Whiskey Notes on Tasting
