The Four Roses Distillery, located close to Lawrenceburg in the peaceful Kentucky countryside on the banks of the Salt River, is a monument to the tenacity and inventiveness of the American people. The distillery, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places, was one of six that were allowed to continue operations during Prohibition. It was constructed in 1910 to mimic the architecture of California wineries.

Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon was the best selling bourbon in the US after Prohibition ended. Ten years after purchasing the distillery in 1943, Seagram’s stopped selling Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The distillery underwent another ownership transition in four roses 2022 limited edition, and the new proprietor gave Four Roses a fresh lease on life and purpose.

Bourbon is one of the quintessential American products; while it is primarily made in Kentucky, it may be manufactured anywhere in the country.
