About Clase Azul For Sale
The Productos Finos de Agave at Nom 1416, located in the Jesus Maria neighborhood of Arandas in the Los Altos Highlands region of Mexico, is where Clase Azul is made. The upscale, 100% genuine tequila Clase Azul 25 Aniversario is made in Santa Maria Canchesdá, a little village. A hundred and fifty Mexican artisans labor painstakingly by hand to create each bottle.
All of the ingredients in Clase Azul tequilas are organic Tequilana Weber Blue agave. Out of almost two hundred agave breeds, this specific species is the only one that can produce tequila. After the agave is collected, Clase Azul spends 72 hours cooking it in vintage brick ovens. After the cooked piñas are mashed, a certain type of yeast is added. This mixture is left to ferment, and the resulting spirit is then painstakingly double-distilled, twice over, to produce the purest spirit possible. 25th anniversary limited edition

About Tequila
Tequila has a nasty reputation, but it’s not just for Saturday night shots. There’s more to the spirit.
According to a local legend, lightning struck an agave cactus in the state of Jalisco before the Nahua tribe sipped its warm nectar, giving rise to this classic Mexican beverage. Look, tequila.
According to Mexican law, tequila must contain 51% Blue agave from the Jalisco region. Tequila is classified into age-groups: extra añejo is the oldest, while blanco, reposado, and añejo are the youngest.
