Barrell Batch 030 is matured in a collection of 5-year-old Indiana barrels with tropical fruit, some 10-year-old high-rye barrels with stone fruit, and a collection of 6-15 nut forward barrels. These barrels are allowed to hang out independently for a month before being carefully blended together until each barrel contributes its distinct qualities to the mix. For added complexity, wheated bourbon from Wyoming and Kentucky was added at the end.
