Notes on Tasting

The dried papaya and pear dominate the nose of our Batch 029 offering. Rich, nuanced, and multi-layered is the palate. The flavors flow smoothly from the initial cocoa and lime cordial to the milk chocolate, caramel, and treacle tart. This whiskey deserves a second pour because of its sweet finish, which is rounded out with Boal Madeira.
